Bond touch sensor to LCD module using 100–175µm OCA for smartphones and tablets
Direct-bond cover lens to LCD with 200–250µm OCA for zero air-gap displays
Laminate two glass surfaces — common in automotive and outdoor display stacks
Some polarizer films use OCA as their adhesive layer — 50–100µm grades
For best results: (1) Clean both surfaces with IPA before lamination, (2) Use a roller laminator or vacuum laminator for bubble-free bonding, (3) Store OCA sheets at 15–25°C in a dry environment, (4) Remove the protective liner just before application to avoid dust contamination.
